Apple Pie Mug Cake



This quick, healthy and refined sugar-free microwave mug cake is the

perfect recipe for your children to try out at home to satisfy their sweet

tooth cravings. The fall season would further add to the mood and

excitement of your little ones!

What You’ll Need

 Half a green apple, peeled and diced
 Cinnamon to taste
 One teaspoon of vanilla extract
 One tablespoon of here honey
 Three tablespoons of self-raising wholemeal flour
 Three tablespoons of unsweetened almond milk
website Natural yoghurt and honey, to here serve
How to Prepare

Put the diced apple in a mug and microwave until soft, for about a

minute. #Healthy Fruits Add the rest of the ingredients except the yoghurt and extra

honey, and mix well. You could add a little milk to achieve the right

consistency. Cook for two minutes in the microwave. Tip it out on a

plate and top with click here yoghurt, a little honey and some cinnamon.
